2000 Ford F150 2003 Ford F250 2005 Pontiac Sunfire I have a 2000 Ford F150 truck that I am trying to view the engine light codes using iOS Car Scanner ELM OBD2 app using the instruction manual that was with the scanner. I can connect to the Bluetooth OBDII scanner but when it will not connect to the ECM. The app will try to find the correct connect type but just cannot find the settings. I have the same issue on a 2003 F250 but it works fine on my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire. Is there an app update that will allow Ford ECM connections? I was told when I purchased the ODBII scanner from Amazon that "Bluetooth OBDII reader to work on all 1996 and newer vehicles sold in the United States". Please let me know what I need to do to get connected to ECM.
