V519 stopped working after software update

My V519 stopped working after a software update using Windows 10. It is not turning on and is not recognized anymore by Windows 10 when I plug it into my computer. Where is the hard reset button? Please advice.

Had this happen to me when I accidently unplugged the device while updating its software. Simply hold the F2 button (I/M button) while you connect it to the USB and it should take you to update mode. Once you the update screen appears, just upgrade the firmware with v519ProductTool. Let it update its firmware until it says it is successful and it should work.
